A Coaching Program Designed for The whole Team

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all engagement. Your organization invests in a block of 12 private coaching sessions that can be distributed across your leadership team.

Through meditation practice and "excavation conversation", you will now wake up every morning uplifted and energized knowing exactly why you are here on Earth—so your personal power fuels real growth in your venue.

We’ll establish what I call your life's Holy Trinity:

We discuss in session and journal as homework to define what these buckets contain for your life. This work adds structure to the Visioning and Discovery pillars above as you create a life built around your Superpower.
