Coaching For Your Next Thing
One-on-one coaching for people in transition who are who are ready to begin building what’s next.
You’ve achieved a level of success. On paper, your life works. But somewhere inside, something feels unfinished.
Maybe you’re tired of the role you’re in.
Maybe you’ve been laid off and the ground shifted beneath you.
Maybe you’re stuck in a job that feels like a dead end.
Maybe you’ve been sitting on an idea for years — a business, a project, a move — and haven’t found a clear way to begin.
Not everyone I work with wants to start a company. But almost everyone wants more agency. More ownership. More alignment. Many have never been their own boss — and quietly wonder what that would feel like.
Most people who come to me aren’t in crisis. They’re capable, responsible adults with real obligations. What they lack isn’t intelligence or work ethic. It’s clarity, structure, and someone steady enough to say:
Yes. This is real. Let’s move.
That’s the work.

A Builder’s Approach to Transition
I’ve spent more than 25 years starting and growing businesses in the real world. I opened my first music venue at 21 and went on to build a seven-venue company employing hundreds of people. I’ve navigated burnout, divorce, reinvention, leadership, risk, and growth.
I’ve built a life where I work for myself, follow ideas that matter to me, and stay deeply engaged in work that feels meaningful.
I don’t romanticize ideas. I build them.
And I help others do the same — whether that means launching something new, changing careers, restructuring their lives, or finally taking themselves seriously.
This coaching is not abstract inspiration. It’s about translating what’s been living in your head into something concrete — without blowing up your life in the process.
You don’t need to quit your job tomorrow. You don’t need to torch your marriage. You don’t need to move across the world.
But at some point, not acting becomes its own decision. And that quiet stagnation has a cost.
The goal of this work is simple: to close the gap between the life you’re imagining and the one you’re actually living.
The Five Pillars
Over the years, I’ve developed a practical structure that guides our work. It’s not rigid, but it is proven — built from real-world execution, not theory.
One: Vision
We clarify what you’re actually building in this season of life. A business? A new career? A healthier structure? A reset? Not vague inspiration — clarity.
If you can’t see it, you can’t build it.
Two: Discovery
We identify your leverage — strengths, blind spots, patterns, fears. This is where we separate real desire from distraction and bring ownership back into your hands.
Three: Design
We align your time, energy, and habits with what you say you want. Your calendar, routines, environment, and relationships either support your next chapter or quietly sabotage it. We make sure they support it.
Four: Execution
Movement matters. Conversations are had. Applications are submitted. Resumes are rewritten. Businesses are launched. Boundaries are set. Projects begin.
Momentum builds confidence. Not the other way around.
Five: Accountability & Course Correction
Life will interrupt you. Doubt will surface. Old patterns will reappear. We recalibrate and keep going. This is long-game work designed to hold up under real-world pressure.
The 1:1 Coaching Structure
An ongoing program with weekly 50-minute coaching sessions
Plus all-day access via text/email for support between sessions
Plus ad hoc calls when you need them most
This is ongoing, relational coaching — not a fixed-term program.

Who This Is For
This tends to be a fit if you are thoughtful, capable, and tired of sitting on the sidelines of your own life.
You feel the pull toward something more — more ownership, more alignment, more agency — and you’re willing to examine what’s in the way.
It is not a fit if you are looking for a quick fix, a motivational high, or someone to make decisions for you.
This is for people who are ready to participate in their own transition.
Why Work With Me?
I’ve lived it. Decades building and running music venues and creative teams (Union Stage Presents), operating in high-pressure, real-world environments.
Mind–body–work integration. Thirteen years teaching yoga and workshops—practical tools that ground the inner game.
Coach to builders and leaders. Coaching individuals, executives, and entrepreneurs since 2023—with a bias to action and measurable outcomes.
Whole-life lens. I’m a husband and father of two; I care about success that includes family, health, and meaning—not just hustle.
High-touch support. Weekly sessions plus real access between meetings for momentum, accountability, and speed.
The Invitation
If something here resonates, you already know it. You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. But you do need to begin.
If you’re ready to move from imagining your next chapter to building it — whether that’s a business, a new career, or a fundamental shift in how you live — let’s start with a conversation.
“Within one session with Daniel, I found my energy again, rebuilt my focus, and got on track to actually bring my new ideas to life. This sh*t works!”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I work with thoughtful, capable adults who are in a real transition—career, identity, relationship, location, or direction—and who feel called toward something new. Many are successful on paper but restless inside. Some have been laid off or are burnt out. Many have a long-held idea they’ve been circling for years. Most want more ownership over their time and work—often with a business, but not always.
If you’re ready to take yourself seriously and begin building what’s next, we’ll likely work well together.
-
Sessions are direct, human, and practical. We’ll talk about what’s real right now—what you’re navigating, what you’re avoiding, what you’re building—and we’ll move toward clarity and action.
Sometimes that means strategy and planning. Sometimes it means decisions, boundaries, and hard conversations. Sometimes it means untangling patterns that keep you stuck. The work is not rigid, but it is structured. We don’t just talk—we translate insight into forward movement.
-
Yes and no.
I’m not running you through a canned program, but I do have a proven structure that guides the work—my Five Pillars: Vision, Discovery, Design, Execution, and Accountability/Course Correction. It keeps us grounded, focused, and moving. I am also heavily influenced by EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
-
There’s no fixed timeline. Some clients work with me for a season; others stay for a year or more. It depends on what you’re building and how deep the transition runs.
What I care about is momentum and continuity. This work compounds over time. If you’re looking for a quick hit, I’m probably not the right coach. If you want real traction and a steady guide, this can be powerful.
-
Most clients meet with me weekly for 50 minutes, especially at the beginning. We can adjust the rhythm as you gain traction or as life requires.
-
You’ll have direct access to me between sessions via text/email for support, accountability, and quick course correction. If something urgent or pivotal comes up, we can schedule an additional call.
This isn’t “show up once a week and disappear.” It’s a real working relationship.
-
That depends on your goals and the season you’re in. Some people want a slower build; others want to move fast. Either way, the work doesn’t require you to overhaul your life.
What I do expect is engagement: if we agree on a next step, you take it. Progress comes from consistent action, not perfect plans.
-
Usually faster than people expect—because most have been stuck in their head for a long time. Once we create clarity and structure, momentum tends to come quickly.
That said, real change isn’t linear. Some breakthroughs happen immediately; others unfold over months. The goal is steady forward movement you can sustain.
-
It’s coaching for real-life transition with a builder’s mindset. Sometimes we’re building a business or passion venture. Sometimes we’re building a new career path, a new structure, or a new way of living.
We work wherever the leverage is—strategy, mindset, habits, relationships, identity, execution—so you can move from circling to building.
-
I work on a monthly retainer rather than a per-session fee.
Rates range from $750 to $3,000 per month, with most clients paying around $1,500. I use a sliding scale based on your financial situation—not on “how much I think you can afford” or some abstract idea of value. My goal is to land on a number that feels like a real investment (enough to create commitment and momentum) without creating undue financial stress.
There’s no big upfront payment and no long-term contract. We start month-to-month and let the relationship earn its way forward.
